Thank you to The Brick team, it’s customers and vendors for raising over $1M for children’s hospitals in Canada in 2017.  The Brick has been a proud partner of Children’s Miracle Network since 2014 and has had tremendous growth year over year.  Along with their at cash fundraising initiative, The Brick introduced Brickley, their charity bear to Canada – all proceeds from the sale of this adorable bear also support the children’s hospitals through CMN.  The Brick involves its associates and vendors in different promotions throughout the year, and has fundraising for children’s hospitals always top of mind.  We are proud to have The Brick as a member of our Million Miracle Club and are grateful for their commitment to help to improve the lives of children, Brick by Brick.

Delta Air Lines has reached the Miracle Million Club through a variety of local sponsorships and golf tournaments. Through sponsorship, Delta Air Lines has supported Child Life programs and special events at 17 CNM Hospitals across the country. Employee giving, under the leadership of Greg Kennedy, Senior Vice President – Airport Operations Hubs, has also helped Delta to achieve this great milestone. In addition to these local activations, Delta remains supportive of the Champions program, SkyWish partnership and has expanded their support to include select Miracle Network Dance Marathon events.

Indiana University Dance Marathon (IUDM) has continued to prove themselves as the leader of Miracle Network Dance Marathon by raising an astonishing $4,203,326.23 in 2017; which is a new fundraising record! Throughout their year-long campaign they had many wins, a few include: raising over $480,000 in just ONE day on their ‘Day of Hope,’ raising tens of thousands of dollars at their annual gala, emphasizing membership development which paid off by having more committee members and better engagement, and finally making their first strong in-event fundraising push by asking all participants to raise $100 in 10 minutes.

Log a Load for Kids has partnered with CMN Hospitals since 1998 raising funds for over 70 CMN Hospitals in 39 states. Donations collected from Log a Load are from grassroots fundraising events such as golf, fishing, skeet shoots (etc.) and from auctions and donations from loads of logs.  The generous men and women that keep our forests health; have been hard at work helping to keep our children healthy too.

Purdue University Dance Marathon (PUDM) broke their total fundraising record in 2017 by raising $1,125,293.19! The real accomplishment they had was focusing on changing the culture of their organization to resonate with students on campus in a way that highlighted their true mission: For The Kids. By adopting the mentality of ‘We are FTK (For The Kids) not FT$ (For The Money)’ and continuing to Dream Big, they made drastic strides in engaging with their community. A few other wins of the year include raising over $111,000 in one day which is called ‘Day of Miracles,’ building stronger relations with their alumni association, and restructuring their team to include a Vice President of Membership.

Throughout 2017, Twitch.tv provided Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals with crucial support, empowering the gaming community to fundraise through Extra Life. From fundraising campaigns hosted on their platform to powering the Extra Life United e-sports tournament, their commitment to grow Extra Life continues to be inspiring.
